Been drinking coffee like mad these past few years to keep me awake. I found out that caffeine kills sperm so I stopped drinking coffee. Now I think the effect kicks in. To immediately withdraw myself from drinking coffee I think my body is craving for it. Sinisipon ako madalas at di mapakali.

Anyone know how to get over this? I dont want to break my record, I havnt drank coffee for this past week.
